Church Assessment

We will review your historical reports (5-yr. financials, attendance, sermon series, volunteer report and small group). Interview Staff, Board, experienced leaders, and volunteers. Survey the congregation around key health indicators, evaluate a church service (virtually or in-person) and train leaders in church “best practices”.

Donor Development

We will guide you through an annual campaign, capital campaign or legacy campaign to ensure the funding is in place to execute the mission of the church. We also teach the 6 buckets of congregational giving and ways to disciple members through their giving.

Strategic Training

Mission, Vision, Values – We will lead your team through the process of setting a compelling Mission and Vision statement that drives all activities of the organization. Then assist you in establishing core values that define and continually refine the organization’s culture. This may involve rebranding of logos & marketing assistance. We will map out the next 2-5 years, establishing priorities, identifying obstacles, and identifying the necessary resources to successfully accomplish the strategic plan.

Board Development

We evaluate the diversity and effectiveness of your church board. We also train in how to recruit/train an effective board and then assist the church in defining the responsibilities of the board and involve every board member in the organization’s mission and fundraising.

Volunteer Culture

We show you how to double the size of your staff by recruiting volunteers! Getting buy-in from volunteers by putting the ministry in their hands. Volunteers bring their time, pocket books and friends. They are your best champions!

Pastor Nick’s consulting to our church staff at our annual staff retreat was incredibly effective on the individual and team building levels. His influence was due to his preparation and intentionality to understand the culture, strengths, weaknesses, and needs of our church.
